Who is responsible for your information

Harbingers LLC operates sicurity.ai. This notice explains how we collect and use information submitted through our waitlist, team inquiry and author application forms. Newsletter signup takes place separately on Rob T. Lee's Substack. Contact us about information we hold at privacy@sicurity.ai.

What we collect and why

• Waitlist: Your email address, role, track interest, and how you heard about us, to register and respond to your waitlist interest.
• Team inquiries: Your name, organization, requested seats, email address, and timing, to respond to your team training inquiry.
• Author applications: Your name, email address, proposed module, and links to prior work, to evaluate and respond to your application.
• Newsletter: Signups take place directly on Rob T. Lee's Substack. Substack collects and manages the subscription information you provide there under its privacy policy.

Processing through Jotform

Our waitlist, team inquiry and author application forms send your information through our website to Jotform, our form collection provider, where submissions are stored for Harbingers LLC to use for the purposes above. Newsletter signups do not go through these forms or Jotform. Read the Jotform privacy policy for information about its privacy practices.

How long we keep information

We delete waitlist entries, team inquiries, and author applications after 12 months unless an ongoing relationship requires us to keep them. This retention policy applies to records in Jotform and any exported copies. Newsletter signup opens Rob T. Lee's Substack, which handles subscription data under its own privacy policy.

Access, deletion, and contact requests

Email privacy@sicurity.ai to request access to or deletion of information we hold, or ask a privacy question. We handle these requests within 30 days, subject to identity verification and any legally required retention. Deletion requests cover the relevant records in Jotform and any exported copies we hold. For subscription information held by Substack, use Substack's account and privacy request options.

Newsletter consent

Newsletter signup and consent are handled on Rob T. Lee's Substack, not through this website. Joining the waitlist, sending a team inquiry or applying as an author does not subscribe you to the newsletter.

To unsubscribe, use the unsubscribe link in a newsletter email or manage your subscription through Substack. Use Substack's privacy request options for information held by Substack. You can contact privacy@sicurity.ai for help or requests concerning information held by Harbingers LLC.
