No fine-print theater

Ask the obvious questions.

What is free, what is included, and what this training does not promise.

Why train to become an AI/ML Security Engineer?

AI features, retrieval systems, agents, integrations, and model APIs cross application, cloud, identity, data, and response boundaries. Those risks can fall between teams when nobody owns the whole system. The AI/ML Security Engineer connects the work: inventory and threat modeling, control design, testing, detection, and response. sicurity.ai is designed to help experienced security practitioners build that capability.

Is sicurity.ai open yet?

Not yet. First modules arrive December 14, 2026. Enrollment opens with the first modules. The rollout starts with Agentic AI Defender. Other tracks follow as their modules are released. Release details will identify which modules are free or paid. We are launching on Skool to get the training into your hands without waiting for custom software. Lessons and community run at skool.com/sicurity. We will move to a custom sicurity.ai platform. The planned release cadence is weekly.

What can I try for free?

The free tier is planned to include one complete module per track and community access as those modules are released. Not all four tracks will be available at launch.

Is this an official certification program?

No. sicurity.ai is independent training. It is not a SANS or GIAC program and does not imply endorsement by either organization.

Is the content written by AI?

A named practitioner owns the outline, judgment, lab verification, and sign-off. AI may help create lecture material, labs, or assessment items. The provenance record identifies those contributions, the model and version, and what the practitioner checked by hand. Human accountability does not mean hiding AI assistance.

Does every track prepare me for a GIAC exam?

No. AI Platform Security Engineer has proposed alignment with GAIPS objectives, and AI Security Automation Engineer has proposed alignment with GASAE objectives. Neither is verified as complete exam preparation. Offensive AI Operator covers selected GOAA-related fundamentals and is not complete GOAA preparation. Agentic AI Defender proposes an independent sicurity.ai credential, not a GIAC certification. Course completion is separate from certification.

Are GIAC exams included?

No. Practice exams are part of the planned membership scope as released. A GIAC exam attempt is separate and paid directly to GIAC. Check giac.org for current pricing and eligibility. Training does not guarantee a pass.

How long is a module? Where do labs run?

Allow two to four hours for instruction, labs, and assessment per module. Labs run in your own environment or a browser container we provide. Each module states requirements and cloud or API costs before you begin.

Can I claim CPE or DoD recognition?

We plan to provide completion documentation. GIAC determines whether an activity qualifies for its CPE renewal requirements; check its current rules before relying on a course for renewal. Other recognition depends on the relevant body and your circumstances. No blanket CPE approval or DoD 8140 eligibility is claimed.

Can I cancel? Where do I enroll?

Enrollment opens with the first modules. Membership, renewal, and cancellation terms will be provided before paid access opens.

What will you publish about results?

We publish pass rates with sample size, date range, exam scope and collection method, including unfavorable results. There are no cohort results yet.
